What Causes Pain In The Flank And Groin With Urine Infection?

i have problem of flank and groin pain today ultrasound reported that 0.6cm ecogenic area suggestive of stone and urine analysis reveal that pus cell :plenty , albumin ++,red cells :plenty ,free hb:++ tell me sir what problem i have ? treatment option for me?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have plenty of pus cells and plenty of RBCs. SO it suggest urinary infection with stone.

You should take antibiotic treatment. Drugs like levofloxacin or norfloxacin are useful in urinary infection. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. First we should clear the infection. Then stone treatment should be done. It depends on location of the stone and type of the stone.
