I used to bus tables at a restaurant years ago; putting the tub of dishes on my right shoulder balancing it with my right hand and carrying the bus stand on my left; going from 1 table to another..setting the tub on my stand... When the tub was 3 levels high..time to go back of restuarant to the dishwasher.... What happenend over time, my right hip,, lower right back became an issue. Posture imbalance became an issue...this was a part time job. Now 30years later, the pain pops up every few months. Can you provide some photos of the hip or lower back of what is going on.?
