What Causes Pain In The Hip, Numbness In The Foot And Depression After A Spinal Fusion?

Hi I had a spinal fusion l5s1 done two years ago I had left leg hip pain numbness in foot before op and now two years later still have all these symptons I am starting to hit depression thru the pain and I do sweat a lot also can't seem to get answers

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched or damaged nerve.

As these symptoms have been going on for such a long period of time, irreversible damage to the nerves of this region is probable.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a nerve conduction study.
If I were your doctor, I would also recommend starting treatment with gabapentine or pregabaline for the pain. These drugs should be taken for a long time.
