What Causes Pain In The Inner Side Of The Elbow?

female. 5 5 178 lbs. The inner side of my elbow closer to my shoulder is painful to the touch. Like a bruise. No swelling, redness, rash or warmth. My hand doesn t hurt to grip things and my wrist and arm moves normally. The pain has been there for a few weeks. I have increased the amount of typing that I do thanks to online schooling.

Hi,

It may be due to contusion or ligament involvement.

You can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain if symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
