Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, you are having multiple joint pains, with early morning stiffness, and these are signs of early arthritis of inflammatory nature, It is must for you to get yourself investigated for this, and the primary screening is done with a battery of tests, including CBC,ESR,CRP,RF.

one other possibility is post viral arthalgia, which becomes a possibility if you have had an episode of fever in the recent past.

In both these conditions, a short course of steroids to reduce inflammation is helpful but has to be taken under guidance of your doctor.

I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
