I had off-pump heart bypass surgery six months ago. till now im having pain in my left upper arm , sort of muscle pain or nerve pain that i couldnt make a full swing when i play golf.i havent tried taking any pain killer as it might have a ill effect on my newly fixed heart. also, very annoying when i lie on my left side. also, my left chest still has some numbness. please help.
