What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Back Despite Taking Doxycycline?

Hello, i took postinor 2 about a month ago. Saw my period early this month but i keep having lower abdominal pains and waist pains including my back. Took a PT and its negative so i took doxycycline for 7days just to be sure its not an infection but today i still felt slight pains please what might be the problem?

It is a non-specific pain. As of now, you can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
