What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen Before Urination?

I am having pain and tenderness in the Lower left above bikini line and middle and twangs of pain there or in the stomach before i have to either pee or poop. I thought I had a urinary tract infection cause it felt like that but I did not. It s been about a year but the symptoms got worse. The gynecologist prescribed a medication for infection and this is the first I took it.

Respected user , Hi

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems more likely to be calculus underlying in the urinary tract .

* Strongly recommended to get an ultrasound examination of the
abdomen and pelvis rather than taking empiric treatments without
diagnosis of the condition .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Welcome for any future correspondence .

Regards dear take care .
