What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While Suffering From IBS?

I have been diagnosed with IBS 2years ago by my gastroenterologist , with that being said,I also take hydroccodine form pain specialist due to spinal degenerative disease. I have from time to time typical lower left abdominal pain ,with the useual symptoms of pain and being constapitioned. what laxative is best, as too not aggravate My IBS? Copplated at best.

I recommend you to take Miralax which is an over the counter option of laxative.

I also recommend you to take daily probiotics
