What Causes Pain In The Lower Arm?

I m 64 in good health generally but I have had this weird pain in my lower arm (underside). Feels like I m being stuck in one spot with a pin. Frequency is every two to three minutes, in the same spot and it s been going on for about twelve hours. What could this be?

Hello,

Considering your age as 64 we can understand that there will be degenerative changes in the spine. Which may be leading to mild nerve root impingement. It may be even due to posture. Using hot water fermentation to the neck and doing static neck exercises along with shoulder stabilization exercises should help avoid the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
