What Causes Pain In The Lower Legs?

I had mild heart attack in 2011 recovered with no meds needed. Then again last year 2017 January bigger attack requiring double stents and lots of meds. Again in June mild attack ,more meds..no I have been having deep lower front leg pains ..should I be worried?
