Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 77 year old woman. I am having pain in my R side rib area. The pain is like a cramp. It is relieved some when I stand and walk and when I lie down. It is worse with sitting. I have no fever. My bowels are cleaned out. I have had my gall bladder out years ago. Any thoughts or suggestion?
Hi, It seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in cervical spines giving pinched nerve problem radiating in chest muscles. Go for x-ray of cervical spines. Afterwards go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy and if require go for cervical traction. Avoid putting pillow under neck while sleeping. Ok and take care.
