General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to costochondritis which is an inflammation of the rib cartilage.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.
If the symptoms continue, see a rheumatologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
