What Causes Pain In The Right Arm And Severe Chest Pain?

HI there I am 42 female for that last month has had a pain my right arm , over the last week really bad heart burn, cold sweats and then today I had really bad chest pain that lasted for about 4 min where I thought I was going to get sick from the pain. I never really put these things together but after my scare today I thought I would start looking into things. Do you think it is all in my head or should I go see my doctor

Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. As you having pain in chest as well as arm it is better to do an ECG(EKG) and TMT test to rule out cardiac chest pain. If that is clear then your problem can be most likely due gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). In that case I would suggest taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole for 2 to 4 weeks. You can also take antacid syrups like Gaviscon in acute period of pain. If there is no improvement after 1 month then a consultation with Gastroenterologist should be done.
