What Causes Pain In The Right Thigh?

I have had a terrible pain starting from the inside of my right thigh. When I stretch it it seems better. But just for that moment. I m starting to walk with a limp it hurts so bad. I m 55 female haven t done anything for a pulled muscle I m 206 lbs 5 6.

In some cases, muscles may be strained or pulled with small or sudden movements that we may not recall.

If the pain is relieved slightly by stretching then it is more than likely due to spasm of muscles.

You can consider the use of anti inflammatory pain killers such as ibuprofen or naproxen.
In some cases a muscle relaxant may also be needed.
