What Causes Pain In The Shoulder And Bloating Of Stomach?

saturday when i woke up both of my shoulders and under my right rib cage hurt really bad, then after i ate breakfast my right shoulder and under my right rib hurt. But that was the last of that except for when i take deep breaths i feel it again in my rib. Now im having problems with bloating and my pants wont even button and this occured in the past 3 days, i take a vitamin c tablet everynight before bed. Could that have something to do with it?
