What Causes Pain In The Sides And Stomach?

I have been having sharp pains in my sides and stomach and I have went in and seen doctors and they say it is bowel movement or acid.. Well I don t think it is. I have had pain for over 2 years now. People said they think it might be gluten and to not eat gluten. In have been and it helped a little but I still have Pain a lot.

Hi thanks for asking question...

You have stomach pain since two year.

First chronic h.pylori infection that can lead gastritis has to be ruled out....
Urea breath test useful for it ...
If positive treated accordingly....

If it is not present then take omeprazole and ciprofloxacin for few days ...
If infective cause there then it will clear by antibiotic....

If still pain continue , I will suggest endoscopy and subsequent biopsy...
It might reveal non specific gastritis or celiac disease like condition....

Meanwhile take more fruit.
Non veg and junk food avoided....
