Hi,

It is possible that pain may be due to gastro esophageal reflux disease or acute trachiobronchitis, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day. please get it done X-ray chest and ECG then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
