What Causes Pain In The Sternum While Suffering From IBS?

i was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome 20 or so years ago i was taking amytriptyline 25mg at hs i recently quit taking it because it was causing me to not have bowel movement in 2-3 days. i have had h pylori in the past last couple days i have been having severe pain in sternum area alot of gas an burping also have horrible headache i was wondering if could be h pylori or me stopping my meds my stomach has been rolling andmaking other noises

you are having trouble due to H pylori infection ..it is causing gastritis and that is responsible for all your symptoms ..please consult your doctor he will prescribe some antibiotics as azithro clarithro doxy metro as a medical therapy along with antacids medicines. take for required duration..and in future please rely on safe water drinking habits as u got infected with h pylori in somewhat past ..this is how I treat patients ...
