What Causes Pain In The Throat After Swallowing Semen?
I swallowed semen, not for the first time, but this time it felt really weird.
It landed in the back of my throat, and immediately hurt. It tasted funny too, although I have swallowed semen with a similiar taste before and those times it did not hurt, but this is a new partner of mine and this time it did.
I went to the bathroom and spat out as much as I could, and although it wasn't very much, it did help.
It does not hurt to swallow food and It doesn't hurt to a bad degree, but I am terrified of the idea of STDs.
It does not itch, burn or feel swollen.
Is it possible that he might have an STD that I may have caught?

Pain with contact of semen could possibly be something as simple as the pH of the semen causing irritation to the mucosa of your oral cavity.
But STDs also need to be ruled out, although you do not have the most common signs of STDs like swelling, irritation, numb-like feeling, etc; I would still recommend a doctors visit. But in my opinion, with the little information at hand I feel it could have just been the semen that irritated your oral cavity and throat and nothing more serious, being optimistic. Drink plenty of water.
