What Causes Pain In The Toes?

I wake up with burning pain in my toes on my left foot. And it comes so every 20 to 30 sec. What can I do about this. Last night I was up at midnight could not go back to sleep. And tonight it started at 12:30 am. Please let me know what this is and what I can do about it. Sincerely.

Hello,

We have to rule out possible causes like arthritis including gout.

As of now you can take drugs like tramadol for pain relief.

Apply warm compresses also.
