What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen And Foot At Night?

Hi Doctor, I have stomach pain normally in middle of night with joint pain in foot especially in right side foot. the pain is in upper abdominal pain and also i have no regular litrein. some time hard and some time loose and in case of loose litrein i have to attend the wash room on each two hours. the doctor did H.pylori test through blood which was positive and i am taking madicine for H.pylori but still the midnight pain is there and no relief. If i use spicy food then my mouth have rashes and burning sense. further i am enczema patient and doctor advice me not to use dry fruits, mango. banana, more masala in food and fish. the abdominal pain is there since last two week. Please advice me
