What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen And Vision Loss?

I am checking on the results of my last visit to the er, because I have had frequient symtoms and am suffering with severe pain where the pancreas is located. The increase of migraines and I ve been loosing my vision quite continuiously. I,ve increased my lose of memory.

Consult a gastroenterologist and get done an ultrasound scan to look for any possible intraabdominal cause.

The vision problem is not related to it and may be due to something else.
