What Causes Pain In The Wrist And Tingling Sensation In The Hand?

Hello, My name is Kathryn age 59 yrs old. I have pain on my right palm at the wrist bone. I get tingly ant type feelings on my hand and upper wrist. The bone is very tender. I can t open bottle tops as my grip isn t possible. I didn t fall or hurt it. The pain has lasted 2 months. I m allergic to anti inflammatory drugs. Any thoughts?

Hello,

The possibilities are minor contusion and conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome. As of now, you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief. If pain persists you can consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
