General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible gastroesophageal reflux disease.
2. Proton pump inhibitors along with domperidone would be helpful in reducing symptoms.
3. Avoid spicy food. Try to take multiple small meals in the day. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid coffee, alcohol, stress or caffeinated drinks.
4. It is not muscular pain or related to ribs. Take rest. Avoid any sorts of exercises involving abdomen or pectorals.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
