What Causes Pain In Upper Back Close To Spine, Dizziness And Weakness?

Two days ago, I stood up and felt a severe pain in my upper back, about an inch to the left of my spine. I am dizzy and feel weak. The pain is worsened when I bend over or walk. I am a fairly healthy 38 year old woman, although I do have a history of stroke and I smoke.
