What Causes Pain In Upper Left Quadrant Radiating To Middle Back?
I've been suffering from pain upper left quadrant around rib for 3 months pain radiates to middle back. Dull and pressure like pain. It is mild pain but constant. Had ultrasound, CT scan with contrast, MRI, Upper endoscopy, Ultrasound endoscopy to check pancreas. All normal. Lost 20 pounds due to lack of appetite. Worried it could be my pancreas and test are missing it.

I can understand your problem, this seems a muscular pain, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen twice a day one tab.
3) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
