What Causes Pain In Upper Stomach?
Hi Doctor, I have pain in my upper part of stomach and i feel heavy weight ball is in my upper stomach. icant able to sleep properly and i cant lift anything. i feel uncomfortable. and my Lmp is 14 th Jan. Still i have not get period for this month.

Epigastric pain may be due to gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or acid reflux etc.
A missed period may be due to pregnancy or infection or pid or dub or polyps etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done a urine pregnancy test, upper GI endoscopy if necessary.
Use tablet pantoprazole. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
