What Causes Pain In Urethra While Urinating?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it could be a urinary tract infection, and, depending on your sexual activities, a sexually transmitted disease. You should have a urinalysis and a urethral swap at your doctors advise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
