Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
A few months ago, my right wrist had a little pain in it. I thought I had slept wrong because I haven t done anything else that I know of. The pain got a little more sensitive over the next few weeks and went away for awhile. About three weeks ago, the pain came back, but only when I moved my wrist a certain way and when I did, the pain was awful! A couple days ago, the pain became consistent and then instead of only staying in my wrist it began shooting into my elbow and even up into my pinky. I ve thought about it and consider it being carpal tunnel syndrome from texting too much. I noticed this because whenever I move my thumb the pain in my wrist would become much worse.
