What Causes Pain Inside Of Left Calf?
Hello, I have a mild, dull ache on the inside of my left calf in one spot. About eight days ago, I was about to stretch out on my sofa and as I lifted my left leg, I felt this horrific pain in my knee that radiated into my leg. My calf has been mildly sore ever since. Could this be a blood clot?

It's not clot so you can sit back and relax. This is a muscle pull. Which happens once in a while to some people. With hot water fermentation and doing ankle toe movement that tender area will be gone.
