What Causes Pain Near Bottom Of Left Rib Cage?

I have been experiencing pain near the bottom of my left rib cage for about three days now. It gets worst when I am standing it I have trouble taking deep breaths, to the point of not really being able to. I am 25 about 275 pounds all in all in good health.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to costochondritis. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to rest and using cold compresses for local application.
