Hello,

What I understand from history is that this pain is due to nerve entrapment. Use a soft cervical collar for a week to two.

Do some hot water fermentation to relax the muscle spasm in the neck and shoulder region.

Later start some low-intensity static neck exercises for stabilizing the neck and strengthening the muscles. Post which does exercises for the upper limb strengthening. You should do well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
