What Causes Pain On Both Sides Of Jaws And Under Breast?

Hello , both sides of my jaws have been sore for the past 2-4 days I had a very slight cheat pain under my breast about 30 minutes ago. What does this mean? I also had a injury where my face was smashed into a tree about 7 years back and my face was worked on but many surgeon s immediately . Using many stitches in my mouth
