What Causes Pain On Left Side Inspite Of Gallstones

Sir,I am 35year old,and suffering pain on L.H.S.side near OT.Also the pain increases much when I get discharged during play.The pain is since a year but it comes and not last.Now it remains with low intesity.I done Ultrasound of whole stomach.It was found gollstone of 1.74cm and some accumulation near ovary.Please advise the clear remady.
