What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Stomach Near Belly Button?

Hi there,

I've been having pain on the left side of my stomach near my belly button for 10 weeks now. It has left me feeling very fatigued and nauseous. I have had an ultrasound and an endoscopy but results have come back all clear. A friend suggested that i may have naval displacement .. is there such a thing ?

* Pain seems in relation with some form of intestinal infection via bacteria
or virus in which case ultrasound and scopy may be normal at all .

* There is no issue of naval displacement of any kind .
