What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Stomach?

Lately when I go to sleep I m been getting pain on my left side of my stomach it also happens when I m awake also I get chills and when I get to restroom number two it s burns and it s like liquid it hurts to push out please help me I suffer from muscular dystrophy could this be causing it

Muscular dystrophy don't cause diarrhea and loose stool.You have left side abdominal pain that may be because of diverticulitis.

Crohn disease or ulcerative colitis may cause left side abdominal pain.
Irritable bowel syndrom may rule out.

Kidney stone case left abdominal pain is present but diarrhea is not present so this condition is not rule out.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis. Which type of infection is present in intestine we can know by stool examination test.

Ultrasonography advise for further diagnosis.
