ventricular tachycardia), we should first rule out heart diseases for your
chest pain.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes, stress and
anxiety can also cause similar kind of pain.
Your symptoms are worse during menses. This favors stress and anxiety more.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller like
paracetamol or
ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
