General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to costochondritis. It is the medical term for inflammation of the cartilage that joins your ribs to your breastbone. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
