Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Presence of burning type of radiating pain in hips and in legs which increases with walking is showing that you may be suffering from prolapse of disc. The present symptoms may need surgical intervention. You should consult to your orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon for this.

Till then you may wear a lumbosacral corset to support your back so that any abnormal movement at back can be prevented.I used to prescribe Pregabalin in such patient. You can have such medicines on prescription.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
