What Causes Pain On The Sides Along With Diarrhea And Sweats?

I’m 22 and for the past two days have been experiencing a lot of pain in my side along with vomiting, diarrhea and lots of sweating. I cannot hold anything down, not even fluids. I can stand but only for short periods of time then I need to sit due to the pain.

* As per my surgical experience, the issue is in relation with acute infection of the bowel. Sweating is due to fluid electrolyte imbalance secondary to diarrhea.
* In our clinic, I recommend patient to opt for intravenous or oral medications as per the clinical judgement of the severity.
