What Causes Pain Right Under Side Of Rib,nausea, diarrhea And Bloating?

I have pain on my right side under my rib. I also am experiencing dizziness, nausea, trouble breathing, diarreah, lots of burping, feeling bloated and loss of appetite, or feel sick when i eat. I was in the hospital on friday because i had such bad pain under my right rib and was put on morphine because the pantaloc, antiinflammatory or buscopan did not help. they did an ultrasound and everything looked normal, including my gallbladder, but i am still having pain and it feels as though i feel worse.( the pain is not as bad though). i am not really sure what i should do?

Hello,

Pain in the right hypochondrium may be due to pleurisy, hepatitis, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis or colitis etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
