What Causes Pain Scale Light Cramping To Labor Like Pain Radiating To Lower Back?

47 yr old female One year post ablation (still having periods) presented with lower quadrant pain started May 2018 OB/GYN biopsy no cancer referred for ultrasound and colonoscopy. 2 separate ultrasounds shows small fibroid or cysts that switch from right to left ovary and cystic lesion on posterior fundus, colonoscopy completely normal no polyps or abnormalities, right side kidney stone, very irregular periods, recently diagnosed with toxic multinodular goiter (fine needle biopsy no cancer) subclinical hyperthyroidism recently started on 2.5mg daily Methimazole (follow up w OB 10/27) Left side pain always in same spot, and intermittent, pain scale light cramping to labor like pain radiating to lower back Curious as to What in your opinion is causing pain?

Hi,

The pain in lower quadrant seem to be colicky pain due to decent of stone through ureter. It can be eased by pain medicine (oral / injectable) the stone can be flushed out by drinking lot of water (hydropathy) or lithotripsy.
