What Causes Pain & Smelly Discharge In Penis Post Masturbation?

I had a pain in my penis after masturbating, and went to the bathroom to find my entire glans was irritated, displaying a bright red color. Upon rolling my foreskin back (I am uncircumcised) I found my frenulum was swollen. Gently I probed it with a cotton swab only to find that there was foul smelling discharge under it. Beside my frenulum lie gray lumps (I counted three) on either side of it. What can this be?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Balanitis. It is usually caused by candidiasis or bacterial infections or irritant chemical like those contained in soap. For such cases i advise ointment with combination of antibacterial, antifungal and a steroid like neomycin clotrimazole and betamethasone for local application.I recommend to use warm water or saline to wash the area and avoid soap.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
