What Causes Pain, Stiffness And Lump On Right Side Of Neck?
Started a new job three or four weeks ago. Working at a desk for 8 hours answering phones and working at a computer.Two days ago I started having neck pain on the right side radiating in to my traps. My have stiffness, soreness and lump or swelling there. Could it be a muscle strain or could it be my lymph nodes?

You have lump on neck side.Muscle injury may cause lump over neck.More muscle strain also cause this problems.
Spasm of neck muscle called torticoli that may cause stiffnesh and lump with pain.
According to your complain you have problem of muscle spasm only.overwork can cause this problems.
You can do ultrasonography for further diagnosis.
