What Causes Pain, Swelling And Soreness In The Ear In A 5 Year Old?

my 5 yr old daughter complained a couple days ago with some pain by her ear. Today she woke up and in front of her ear is swollen and feels warm and she said it hurts to the touch. She has no fever but coughing liitle bit, otherwise acting normal. What could it be?

From your explanation it looks like lyphadenitis or parotitis.Treatment is antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like ibugesic + seratio peptidase and monitoring every 48 hours
