What Causes Pain To Straighten Knee While Bent For Long Time?

Good afternoon. My issue is: When my knees are bent in a squatting position for too long, it is very painful to straighten out. I have to unfold slowly to tolerate the discomfort. It used to be behind one knee, now it is both of them. I was thinking a Bakers cyst. What do you think?
