What Causes Pain Under Left Arm And Left Shoulder?

I am having like a pain under my left arm and on my left shoulder. Kinda on my left breast. I am a 21 male weight 312. I am interested to find out what it may be. I have had a EKG and ECHO and 2 rounds of blood work on my heart and also I have had x-rays. I also then have had to wear a heart monitor for 24 hours. all is okay. but doctors have no idea what it could be.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of this nerve root there is tingling numbness in your arm and shoulder pain associated with it.
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.


Shoulder pain can be due to rotator cuff injury or arthropathy.If required MRI shoulder may help in diagnosis.
