What Causes Pain Under Left Breast When And Eat And Lay Down?

what could possibly be going on/ when I eat and lay down or get still I get a sharp pain under my left breast. worried it is my heart. I have had the doctor tell me I had the bacteria in my stomach for uclers when I went for chest pains. he treated me for that and acid reflux now the pain is under my left breast. what could this be

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain under the left breast on eating and laying down.
This is classically seen in GERD, gastritis, gastric ulcer or esophagitis.
I would advise you the following :
First of all EKG and cardiac checkup as to rule out the cardiac problem as the pain is on the left side.
Upper GI endoscopy will give the diagnosis.
PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone and antacid.
Stop smoking and drinking alcohol, coffee or tea if you take.
Soft bland diet.
Small frequent feeds.
Review regularly and complete the course till you are cured.
You may also need to keep stress and/or anxiety under control.
