What Causes Pain Under The Ribs Along With Heartburn?

If I am having pains on my upper right side (under the ribs) and lower lef side (near the hip) as well as heartburn and chest pains, what could this be? The chest pains seem to come from en empty stomach or if I am gassy or have to make a bowel movement. The pains are relieved temporarily by antacids.
